Highland City Striders
This organization meets weekly to run various distances in Marlborough and Hudson. They host several runs a year and support local charities with the funds. They also support and are supported by other running clubs in the area.

The DCR provides information and resources for greenways and trails in Massachusetts.
Marlborough Recreation Department
This website provides information about community programs and leisure activities for Marlborough residents of all ages.
The New England Sports Center
This sports center is open year round and public skating costs just $3 for children and $5 for adults.
Marlborough Junior Woman’s Club
This service/community organization volunteers with food pantry, Boys and Girls club, and other local organizations in Marlborough and Hudson.
The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce, along with the Marlborough Wellness Committee and MetroWest Moves, is putting together a year-long community health and wellness program called Marlborough Moves. Marlborough Moves will offer free educational lectures, exercise programs, healthy eating and nutrition information, motivational meetings and workouts throughout 2013. Each month in 2013, themes will highlight the various wellness offerings such as February- Heart Month and March- Beat the Winter Doldrums with Indoor Exercise. Kathy Ekdahl, Chamber board member and owner of Personal Best Personal Training, along with Suzanne Morreale Leeber of MRCC and Julie Dalbec of the Marlborough Wellness Center, are coordinating this city wide program to educate the Marlborough community as to the easy, affordable ways that one can improve their health.
